Ball valve made of stainless steel is a reliable solution for precise flow control in installations. This one-piece valve, with a nominal diameter of 1 1/4 inch, is characterized by a solid construction and high corrosion resistance, thanks to the use of ASTM A351 CF8M material.

Design and application

The valve has an internal cylindrical BSPT-Rp thread (ISO 7-1 / EN 10226-1), which facilitates installation and ensures a tight connection. Its design with flow reduction allows for smooth regulation of the amount of medium flowing through the installation. An additional lock prevents accidental opening or closing of the valve, increasing safety. It will work in water systems, as well as in the food industry, where high hygiene and resistance to aggressive media are required.

Operating parameters and safety

The valve operates with a maximum working pressure of up to 65 bar at a temperature below 100°C. The pressure class of the device is PN 63, which guarantees its strength and reliability in difficult operating conditions. Made of stainless steel 1.4408 (equivalent to ASTM A351 CF8M) it is corrosion resistant and ensures long-term operation without frequent replacement. The use of an operating handle makes it easy and intuitive to control the valve - both for the installer during installation and for the end user during flow adjustment.

The valve meets the requirements of DIN EN 10226-1 and ISO 7/1 standards, which confirms its quality and safety. The lack of a full bore affects the ability to regulate the flow, and also reduces the risk of damage to the installation in the event of sudden pressure surges.
