Stainless steel threaded elbow – reliability and durability in every connection

This is a 90° threaded nut elbow with a diameter of 1 inch, made of high-quality stainless steel. This fitting is designed for connecting pipes in installations requiring resistance to corrosion and aggressive substances. It will work well both in water systems and in industrial applications where reliability and durability are key.

The elbow is characterized by internal BSPT-Rc (tapered) threads, which ensure a tight and secure connection with other installation elements. Made of stainless steel grade 316L (1.4404) guarantees high chemical resistance, especially to acids, as well as temperature resistance up to 220°C and pressure up to 150 lbs (approx. 10.5 bar). This makes it an ideal choice for harsh working conditions.

Construction and application

The fitting is designed for easy assembly and disassembly. The possibility of replacing brass fittings with steel ones is an additional benefit, especially in installations exposed to corrosion. The elbow finds application in:

• water installations (including water intended for consumption),
• heating systems,
• chemical and food industries,
• sanitary installations.

Thanks to the "g316" or "g6" marking by the Gebo manufacturer, you are sure of the material used – high-quality stainless steel AISI 316L (1.4408 / 1.4404). This guarantees durability and corrosion resistance even in the most demanding conditions. The outer diameter of the connecting pipe is 33.7 mm for both ends of the elbow, which facilitates adaptation to existing installations.
