Robust connection in piping systems – stainless steel twin connector

This threaded twin connector, made of stainless steel 316L, is a reliable solution for connecting pipes in demanding conditions. Its construction, based on a BSPT-R external thread with a diameter of 1 inch (25 mm), ensures a tight and durable connection. The connector is ideal for applications where corrosion resistance and aggressive media are critical.

Materials and application

Made of high-quality stainless steel AISI 316L (1.4404), the connector stands out for its exceptional resistance to water, chemicals and acids. This makes it perfect for water installations (including those intended for drinking water), heating systems and the chemical industry. Construction and assembly

The twin connector is characterized by a flat construction with an external thread, which facilitates its assembly and disassembly. The BSPT-R thread ensures a tight connection with pipes of the appropriate outer diameter – 33.7 mm. The marking "g316" or "g6" on the housing confirms the use of high-quality stainless steel by the manufacturer Gebo. A step in the construction further increases the stability of the connection and facilitates its correct tightening.
