Electrofusion elbow PE 100 – a reliable connection in gas and water installations

Electrofusion elbow 90° with a diameter of 32 mm, made of high-density polyethylene (PE100) and characterized by an SDR11 ratio, is a key element of gas (PN10) and water (PN16) distribution systems. It provides a durable and tight connection of pipes, minimizing the risk of leaks and failures. Its construction, based on electrofusion welding technology, guarantees the integrity of the installation even in difficult conditions.

Construction and application

This elbow, made of high-quality PE-100 polyethylene, is intended for connecting pipes with a nominal diameter of DN25 (32 mm outer diameter). It is used in the construction of branches of underground and above-ground installations. Its 90° bend allows for precise routing of pipes, and the raw connection surface is prepared for welding/electrofusion. A Zeta value of 1.2 indicates its impact on pressure losses in the installation.
