The electrofusion saddle clamp DN125x63 made of PE100 polyethylene is a specialized component designed for creating branches in pressure installations. Thanks to electrofusion welding technology, it ensures durable and leak-proof connections without the need for additional sealants or adhesives.

Material and construction

The component is made of PE100 polyethylene - a material with high mechanical and chemical resistance, which guarantees long-term operation in difficult operating conditions. The SDR11 standard defines the optimal wall thickness relative to the outer diameter, resulting in an ideal balance between strength and connection flexibility.

The saddle design allows for the direct connection of a Ø63mm diameter pipe to a main Ø125mm pipe, creating a solid branch that maintains continuous medium flow.
