How does the actibio treatment plant work?

The purification process in actibio8 is divided into two main stages, carried out in separate tanks. The first one functions as a preliminary settling tank, where floating pollutants are collected and the unevenness of the incoming wastewater is leveled. The second tank is a biological reactor with activated sludge, where the key process of decomposition of organic pollutants by microorganisms takes place. The reactor's work cycle is divided into four 6-hour phases: filling, aeration, sedimentation, and discharge of purified water and recirculation of sludge. This method of operation guarantees a stable and efficient purification process throughout the year.
