This epurbio7 set is a ready-made solution for effective wastewater treatment in households, designed for 7 users (7 PE). The system combines mechanical pre-treatment with after-treatment in a leaching field, ensuring high quality of treated wastewater and minimal environmental impact. The set includes all the necessary elements for proper installation and operation of the treatment plant.

Construction and operating principle

The treatment plant consists of two main stages. The first is a septic tank with a biological filter with a capacity of 3400 liters, which separates solid impurities and initiates the decomposition of organic matter. The second stage is a leaching system based on GRAF300 tunnels with a total capacity of 300 liters each (14 pieces), which allow for natural purification of wastewater and its safe discharge into the ground. The whole is complemented by elements necessary for proper connection and operation of the system.

The set includes:

• Septic tank with a biological filter with a capacity of 3400L – the heart of the system, where preliminary purification takes place.
• Two superstructures with a telescopic cover D400 H500 – provide easy access to the septic tank and the ability to adjust the height to the terrain. The telescopic cover also facilitates inspection and maintenance of the installation.
• Distribution manhole SL-RR – allows for even distribution of wastewater to the leaching field.
• Fourteen GRAF300 leaching tunnels with a capacity of 300L each – a key element of wastewater after-treatment in the ground.
• Four lids for GRAF tunnels – secure access to the tunnels during maintenance.
• Eight PVC DN110 sewer pipes with a length of 1000mm – used to connect the individual elements of the system.
• Two PVC DN110 90° sewer elbows – allow for proper routing of sewer pipes.
• Two vents – ensure adequate ventilation of the system, preventing the formation of unpleasant odors.
• Roll of geotextile with a width of 1m and a length of 25m – protects the leaching tunnels from silting and ensures their long-term operation.
• Ten INOX 4.8x16 screws – used for mounting structural elements.
