The DUST PROFI LED NG 120 hermetic luminaire is a modern lighting solution designed for challenging working conditions. Made of galvanized steel sheet, coated with a grey powder RAL7035 with an antistatic coating, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. Toughened, structured glass of the diffuser guarantees high mechanical and thermal resistance. The internal radiator made of aluminum 6063T effectively dissipates heat, and the reflector made of anodized aluminum ALANOD MIRO maximizes light efficiency.

Construction and durability

The key to the reliability of this luminaire is its solid construction. The use of high-quality materials – from galvanized steel to EPISTAR SMD 5730 type LEDs – translates into a long lifespan, estimated at 50,000 hours. The replaceable LED module facilitates servicing and allows for quick replacement if necessary. The luminaire is resistant to chemical substances (acids, bases, salts) and UV radiation, making it ideal for industrial and outdoor applications. It meets IP66 standard (dust and water resistance) and IK07 (mechanical resistance).

Thanks to the integrated TRIDONIC power supply, the luminaire is characterized by high energy efficiency (EEI C class) and a power factor of PF 0.9. It is an energy-saving replacement for traditional T8 fluorescent luminaires, allowing for a reduction in energy costs of up to 63%.
