BL2550 wire rope with a diameter of 2,5 mm is supplied on a practical 50-meter spool. The multi-strand 7×7 construction (49 wires) provides an optimal balance between flexibility and tensile strength, making it an ideal solution for professional installations.

Construction and materials

The wire rope is made of hot-dip galvanized steel, which guarantees excellent corrosion protection and extended service life without the need for maintenance. Each individual wire has a diameter of 0,28 mm, and the total cross-section of the rope is 4,909 mm².

The multi-strand 7×7 structure evenly distributes loads and increases resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. This translates into predictable behavior under load and stable parameters throughout the entire period of use.

The strength parameters are impressive - the breaking load is 4850 N, while the safe working load is 700 N (70 kg) with a 4:1 safety factor.
