Design and application

The UPS20-60 N pump is designed for circulating water in heating and hot water installations. Its stainless steel body (grade 304 – 1.4308) guarantees corrosion resistance, and the PES/PP composite material impeller ensures efficient flow. Pipe connections with a diameter of 1 1/4 inch (G 1 1/4) with a cylindrical external gas thread (BSPP) allow easy connection to the existing installation. The pump operates with a voltage of 230V and a frequency of 50Hz, making it compatible with most standard electrical installations.

Performance and operating parameters

The UPS20-60 N pump offers a nominal flow rate of 2.03 m³/h and a maximum head of 6 meters. The maximum working pressure is 10 bar, allowing it to be used in systems with different working pressures. It can operate in a liquid temperature range of 2 to 110°C, and the ambient temperature should be between 0 and 40°C. The motor power consumption is only 70W at maximum rotational speed, which translates to low operating costs. Insulation class F ensures safety and reliable operation. The IP44 protection class protects the pump against splashing water and solid objects.
