Construction and connection possibilities
The MAGNA3 80-100 F 360 pump is characterized by a solid construction with a cast iron GG 25 (GJL-250) housing, which guarantees durability and corrosion resistance. It is equipped with flanged connections (EN 1092-2) on both the inlet and outlet sides. Electrical connection is made via terminals, and the pump operates at 230V and a frequency of 50/60 Hz. The IPX4 protection class provides protection against splashing water. The connection length is 360 mm.
Intelligent control and communication
One of the key features of the pump is its advanced control system, which enables stepless adjustment of the motor speed. The integrated controller allows you to adapt the pump's performance to the current needs of the system, which translates into significant energy savings. The pump supports a number of communication protocols, such as PROFIBUS, RS-485, EtherNet/IP, Modbus RTU, BACnet MS/TP, LON/LONWorks, and has 0-10 V / 2-10 V and 4-20 mA interface signals. Additionally, it is equipped with a PT100 / PT1000 / PTC interface and radio communication capabilities (Bluetooth). The AutoAdapt function automatically adjusts the pump's operating parameters to changing conditions in the installation.

The MAGNA3 pump achieves a maximum performance of 33.3 m³/h and a maximum head of 10 meters. The motor power consumption is 1.043 kW at a nominal flow rate of 33.3 m³/h and a head of 74.93 kPa. The energy efficiency index (EEI) of 0.17 indicates the high energy efficiency of the device. Insulation class F ensures reliable operation even in difficult working conditions (ambient temperature from 0 to 40 °C and medium temperature from -10 ... 110 °C). Characteristic C allows for safe starting of devices with a motor by slower reaction to short starting current surges.
