The MAGNA3 32-120 F pump is a wet-rotor circulation pump designed for efficient and reliable water circulation in heating, cooling and air conditioning systems. Functionality and communication

The pump is equipped with a number of communication interfaces, making it an ideal choice for installers implementing integrated building management system projects. It supports protocols such as PROFIBUS, RS-485, EtherNet/IP, Modbus RTU and BACnet MS/TP and LON/LONWorks. Additionally, it has 0-10 V / 2-10 V and 0-20 mA / 4-20 mA interface signals, which allow for precise control of the pump operation and monitoring of its parameters. The built-in speed controller enables smooth adjustment of the rotational speed, adapting the pump performance to the current system needs.

Construction and operating parameters

The pump housing is made of cast iron GG 25 (GJL-250), which ensures high strength and corrosion resistance. The impeller made of a different material (details in the technical documentation) guarantees efficient fluid flow. The pump operates at a maximum flow rate of 11.22 m³/h and a maximum head of 12 meters. The maximum working pressure is 10 bar, and the permissible medium temperature is from -10 to 110°C. The degree of protection IPX4 provides protection against splashing water. The motor power consumption is 0.333 kW with a rated current of 1.55 A and a voltage of 230V (single-phase). The energy efficiency index (EEI) of 0.18 confirms the high energy efficiency of the device. The connection length is 220 mm, and the inlet and outlet connections are flanges with a pressure class of PN 10.
