The MAGNA3 circulation pump is an advanced solution for circulating water in heating and cooling systems, both in residential and commercial buildings. Equipped with an integrated controller, it automatically adjusts its operation to the current system needs, which translates into energy savings and user comfort. The pump's design allows for flexible installation and easy integration with various types of installations.

The MAGNA3 pump is characterized by high energy efficiency (EEI 0.18) and quiet operation. Thanks to the AutoAdapt technology, the pump independently optimizes operating parameters, minimizing energy consumption and ensuring stable conditions in the installation. The ability to communicate with other devices using various protocols (PROFIBUS, RS-485, EtherNet/IP, Modbus RTU, BACnet MS/TP, LON/LONWorks) facilitates the integration of the pump with building management systems (BMS). This allows for remote monitoring and control of the pump's operation, which increases the efficiency of the entire system.

Application and functionality

The MAGNA3 pump is used in:

• Air conditioning systems – works with heat exchangers, chilled ceilings and cooling surfaces.
• Domestic hot water installations – ensures continuous water circulation, eliminating the waiting time for hot water.

Construction and characteristic features

The pump housing is made of cast iron (GG 20), which ensures durability and corrosion resistance. The impeller is made of abrasion-resistant material. The pump has flanged connections (PN 6/10) compliant with ISO 228-1, which facilitates installation in existing installations. It is equipped with a 0.068 kW motor powered by 230 V voltage and 50/60 Hz frequency. The degree of protection IPX4 protects the pump against splashing water. The motor speed controller is built-in, allowing for stepless speed adjustment of the pump. It also has 0-10 V / 2-10 V and 0-20 mA / 4-20 mA interface signals for external control systems. It also has a potential-free switching contact for signaling the pump's operating status.
