The MAGNA3 circulator pump is an advanced device designed for circulating water in heating and cooling systems, both in residential and commercial buildings. It is characterized by high efficiency and the ability to adapt to changing operating conditions, which translates into energy savings and user comfort. The pump's design is intended for reliability and long-term operation.

The MAGNA3 pump offers a wide range of applications – from central heating systems, through domestic hot water installations, to air conditioning systems. Its wet-rotor design minimizes the risk of the pump being blocked by impurities in the medium, which is particularly important in installations with low water quality. This ensures continuous and trouble-free operation.

Intelligent control and communication

One of the key features of the MAGNA3 pump is its advanced control system. The AutoAdapt function automatically adjusts the pump's performance to the current system needs, optimizing energy consumption. In addition, the pump is equipped with a number of communication interfaces – PROFIBUS, RS-485, EtherNet/IP, Modbus RTU, BACnet MS/TP and LON/LONWorks – enabling integration with building management systems (BMS) and remote pump monitoring. 0-10V / 2-10V and 0-20mA / 4-20mA signals allow for precise control of the pump from external sources.

Solid construction and high efficiency

The pump body is made of cast iron GG 20 (GJL-200), which guarantees strength and corrosion resistance. The impeller material has been selected to ensure optimal hydraulic efficiency and minimize the risk of damage. The pump achieves a maximum performance of 4.71 m³/h with a head of up to 6 meters. The motor power consumption is 0.103 kW with a rated current of 0.91 A. Insulation class F ensures safe and reliable operation in various environmental conditions. The IPX4 degree of protection protects the pump against splashing water.

The energy efficiency index (EEI) of 0.18 confirms the high energy efficiency of this model – this significantly translates into lower operating costs of the heating or cooling system. The maximum operating pressure is 10 bar, allowing the pump to be used in installations with increased pressure requirements. Stepless speed control and a built-in motor controller provide full control over the pump's operation and the ability to adapt it to the specific needs of the installation.
