The MAGNA3 is characterized by high hydraulic performance, achieving a nominal flow rate of up to 12.16 m³/h and a maximum head of 10 meters. A key feature is its ability to automatically adjust performance to current system needs thanks to AutoAdapt technology. This means the pump self-regulates its operation depending on the demand for heat or cooling, resulting in significant energy savings. The AutoAdapt PLUS function allows for even more precise adjustment of the pump's operating parameters to the specifics of the installation.
Communication and control
MAGNA3 offers a wide range of communication and control options, making it easy to integrate with modern building management systems (BMS). It supports protocols such as PROFIBUS, RS-485, EtherNet/IP, Modbus RTU and BACnet MS/TP and LON/LONWorks, enabling remote monitoring and control of the pump's operation. 0-10 V / 2-10 V and 0-20 mA / 4-20 mA interface signals are also available for integration with external control systems. The built-in speed controller allows for smooth pump speed regulation.
Construction and materials
The pump housing is made of high-quality stainless steel (stainless steel 304 – 1.4308), which ensures corrosion resistance and long-term reliability. The impeller material is designated as "Other", suggesting the use of a specialized plastic or alloy to provide optimal hydraulic performance. The pump has a protection class of IPX4, which means it is resistant to splashing water. Insulation class F guarantees safe operation in a wide range of ambient temperatures (0…40°C) and medium average temperature (up to 110°C). The maximum operating pressure is 10 bar.
