The MAGNA3 D 40-180 F 250 circulation pump is an advanced solution for liquid circulation in heating, air conditioning and water systems. Equipped with an integrated controller, it automatically adjusts its operation to the current needs of the installation, which translates into energy savings and user comfort. The MAGNA3 is distinguished by a solid construction with a housing made of cast iron GG 25 (GJL-250), which guarantees durability and corrosion resistance. Thanks to the wide range of supply voltages (230 V, 50/60 Hz) and the possibility of connection using terminals, installation is simple and universal. The built-in controller allows operation in various modes – proportional pressure, constant pressure, constant temperature or constant characteristic. Additionally, the FLOW LIMIT function prevents exceeding the maximum nominal flow, eliminating the need for additional throttling valves. The pump is designed to operate at temperatures from -10 to 110°C and has a protection class of IPX4.

Communication and integration with intelligent systems

MAGNA3 offers wide communication possibilities thanks to support for PROFIBUS, RS-485, EtherNet/IP, Modbus RTU, BACnet MS/TP and LON/LONWorks protocols. It also has 0-10 V / 2-10 V and 0-20 mA / 4-20 mA interface signals. The built-in radio receiver enables remote control via the Grundfos GO application and communication with other MAGNA3 pumps of the same type. This makes the pump ideally suited for integration with modern building management systems (BMS).
