Circulation pump for heating and air conditioning systems

The Grundfos MAGNA1 40-120 F is an electronic circulation pump designed for simple heating, air conditioning and domestic hot water circulation installations. It is an economical alternative to the MAGNA3 pump, while offering high energy efficiency and easy integration with building management systems. It is a particularly good choice when replacing older circulation pumps, allowing for significant energy savings thanks to compliance with EuP 2015 regulations.

Design and application

The MAGNA1 pump has been designed with ease of use and installation in mind. It has an intuitive user interface that allows the pump to be started with a single button. It is equipped with a potential-free switching contact, which facilitates connection to external controllers or BMS systems. Thanks to the built-in motor speed controller, the pump speed is continuously adjusted to the current system needs. It finds application in:

• High efficiency: The maximum pump capacity is 14.35 m³/h, and the maximum head is 12 meters. The motor power consumption is 0.463 kW.
