The FZ441N cable exit cover is a component dedicated to electrical power distribution systems in multi-family residential and public utility buildings. The product is an equipment element for multi-meter switchboards - it enables the aesthetic and safe covering of the entry and exit zones for wires and cables within the switchboard enclosure.

Construction and materials

The cover is made of plastic - polyvinyl chloride (PVC) marked in accordance with the DIN ISO 11469 standard. The material has undergone a glow-wire test at a temperature of 750°C - it is non-flammable and self-extinguishing, meaning that in the event of contact with a fire source, it does not sustain combustion. This is an important feature for electrical installations, where such components are mounted in direct proximity to live conductors.

The dimensions of the cover are 176 × 300 × 135 mm (height × width × depth). The width of 300 mm corresponds to one field width of a multi-meter switchboard - hence the "1-module" designation in the product name. The design provides for snap-fit mounting on the supporting element of the switchboard, allowing for quick disassembly without the use of tools.

The color is pure white (RAL 9010) - the standard color used by Hager throughout the univers Z multi-meter enclosure series. This ensures a consistent appearance of the installation.

The quickset system allows for a snap-fit connection of the cover to the supporting structure without additional fastening elements.

The product is effective for covering the entry points of supply cables (WLZ) and the exit points of wires to individual load circuits. In the context of multi-meter switchboards, it serves both a protective function (preventing accidental contact with live elements) and an organizational one - tidying up cable bundles as they pass through the entry plate.

Operating parameters and environmental standards

The cover meets the requirements of the REACh directive - the manufacturer confirms the absence of SVHC (substances of very high concern) in the material composition. It is also compliant with the RoHS directive, which restricts the content of hazardous substances (lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium) in electrical and electronic equipment.
