Designed for three‑phase installations with a voltage of 415 V AC, the HMX310 breaker provides reliable overload and short‑circuit protection. Its breaking capacity at 230 V and 400 V is 50 kA – meaning it can safely interrupt even the extremely high fault currents typical of modern commercial or industrial distribution circuits.

The C‑characteristic allows it to withstand short‑duration current spikes that occur when starting motors, transformers, or equipment with high inrush currents. It does not react to momentary spikes, reducing the risk of unnecessary tripping.

Flush‑mounting is standard – it fits DIN‑rail modular distribution boards. It occupies 4.5 modules, and its dimensions (90 × 80 × 70 mm) enable compact integration even in confined spaces. Screw terminals are designed for solid conductors from 1 to 70 mm² and multi‑strand conductors from 1 to 50 mm², offering flexibility for new installations and retrofits.
