This triple-pole contactor (3NO) with a rated current of 40A, designed for 230VAC voltage, is a reliable solution for both professional installers and end-users. The contactor design allows for mounting on a TH35 rail, which simplifies integration with existing switchboards.

Functionality and technical parameters

The ESC340 contactor is designed to operate in AC-7a circuits, which means it is optimized for frequent switching of inductive loads. The rated operating voltage is 400V, and the control voltage is 230VAC. It has three normally open contacts (3NO), allowing you to control three independent circuits. The maximum switching capacity for incandescent bulbs is as high as 4000W, and for fluorescent lamps – 1900VA (up to 3000VA with DUO compensation). The rated current of 40A allows you to connect devices with higher power consumption. The IP2X protection class guarantees basic protection against contact and ingress of solid objects.

Installation and compatibility

The contactor is characterized by an installation depth of 60mm and a width of 54mm, allowing it to be installed in standard modular switchboards. The possibility of connecting wires with a cross-section from 1.5mm² to 25mm² (rigid) and from 1.5mm² to 16mm² (flexible) provides flexibility when selecting the power supply cables. Mechanical endurance at 100,000 cycles and electrical endurance at 30,000 cycles guarantee long-term and trouble-free operation of the device.
