Construction features and application

The VZ103N frame is a component dedicated to Hager Volta distribution systems. Its main task is to aesthetically mask the elements of the electrical installation while providing easy access to the inside of the distribution board. Made of high-quality steel, it is coated with a RAL 9010 (white) color coating, ensuring its versatility and matching most interiors. The frame design allows for mounting in flush-mounted systems and in flush-mounted boxes. This makes it suitable for both new installations and during the modernization of existing ones.

The dimensions of the frame (width 348 mm, height 630.5 mm, depth 36 mm) correspond to the standard size of 3-row distribution boards. It has a protection degree of IP30, which means protection against touching with fingers and against the ingress of solid objects larger than 2.5 mm. The snap-lock closing mechanism provides ease of use and quick access to the inside of the distribution board if necessary. The inability to open as an inspection door allows securing access to the inside of the distribution board against unauthorized persons.
