Energy monitoring server HTG411H
HTG411H energy monitoring server is a modular device integrated with a web server and Ethernet interface, designed for collecting, storing and analyzing data from measuring devices in electrical installations. It mounts on a DIN rail, occupies 6 slots and operates on a 24 V DC supply — safe, isolated SELV power that minimizes the risk of electric shock during service.
The built‑in web server allows access to data via any browser — on a computer, tablet or phone — without installing software. Data can be exported in CSV format, and alarms (e.g., power‑threshold exceedance, faults) are automatically sent by e‑mail. The device supports compliance assessment with DIN VDE 0100-801 (code 0100-801) and visualizes the energy status of the object.
It has two digital inputs (24 V DC) for connecting pulses from electricity, gas or water meters — compliant with IEC 62053-31E1 (code 62053-31E1) class A. Two analog inputs 4–20 mA enable connection of flow, pressure or other industrial sensors. A PT100 input (2‑wire, compliant with EN 60751) is used for temperature measurement in the cabinet or surrounding area — accuracy ±0.7 °C.
Analog output 0–10 V can control regulators (e.g., heaters or fans), and a potential‑free relay contact (5–30 V DC/AC, 3 A) is used to activate alarms or switch loads. All ports have clearly defined wiring requirements: digital inputs and power — conductors 0.75–2.5 mm² (insulation length 10 mm), analog inputs and PT100 — 0.2–1.5 mm² (8 mm). Shielded Modbus cables are mandatory — use twisted‑pair cable with 120 Ω impedance and install termination resistors at the ends of the bus.
Communication is carried out via Ethernet (TCP/IP) and RS485 Modbus RTU — the server acts as a master on the Modbus network. It has two USB Type‑A ports for connecting a USB memory stick or a Micro SD card (class 10 or UHS-1 (code UHS-1)), which is required for device operation — without it the server will not start.
The LED indicator shows operating status. The device is updated through software — the manufacturer regularly provides firmware updates. There are no radio or IR interfaces — communication is exclusively wired. It operates from –25 °C to +70 °C and has IP20 protection class — intended for interior of distribution cabinets only.
All connections must be performed by a qualified installer. It is not suitable for outdoor mounting or humid environments.
