This robust floor-standing distribution board from Hager, part of the Univers series, is designed for safe and reliable power supply in demanding environments. It provides solid protection for electrical installations, and its construction is adapted for floor mounting. It is ideally suited for construction sites, industrial plants, and commercial buildings.

Construction and user features

The housing made of 1.5 mm thick steel guarantees high mechanical resistance and durability. Powder coating in RAL 7035 provides an aesthetic appearance and additional protection against corrosion. Protection class I and a high degree of protection IP55 (protection against water jets and dust) make it an ideal solution for working in harsh conditions. Impact resistance IK10 confirms its resistance to vandalism or accidental damage.

The distribution board offers up to 12 mounting rows, allowing for flexible configuration of the interior and adaptation to individual needs. Access to the interior is provided by single doors, and six cable gland openings facilitate cable entry. The possibility of expansion allows for future modifications and adaptation of the distribution board to changing installation requirements. An additional plinth with a height of 100 mm raises the structure, protecting it from moisture and facilitating access.

Technical parameters and application

The distribution board is designed for installations with a rated current of 800 A, making it suitable for powering high-power devices such as electric motors, industrial machines, or automation systems. A width of 800 mm allows for mounting up to 24 standard-width modules (module = 18mm), giving a total capacity of 432 modules. The internal depth of 400 mm provides sufficient space for mounting distribution apparatus and cables.
