Horizontal 2P 10 mm² forked comb rail 56 m KDN263B
Fork‑type busbar 2P, 56 modules, 10 mm²
The busbar is designed for mounting in distribution boards with modular devices having a conductor cross‑section of 10 mm². The fork connection allows quick and safe connection of circuit breakers without disconnecting wires – the installer does not have to disconnect any device to add another. It works in single‑phase and three‑phase systems where a common phase bus is required.
It has insulation – no additional protective covers are needed when installed close to neutral or protective conductors. It complies with the 17.8 mm modular system, guaranteeing precise fit to all Hager devices and other manufacturers that conform to EN 61439‑3 (61439-3).
For the installer – simplicity and safety
Installation takes less time: no need to disconnect or tighten screws when adding new breakers.
No additional insulating components required – the busbar’s own insulation eliminates the risk of phase‑to‑phase short circuits.
Designed for up to 28 devices – allows a compact layout in panels where space is limited.
Supports devices with a neutral bus – both residual‑current circuit breakers and standard breakers with a neutral can be mounted.
Does not support devices with auxiliary contacts – if auxiliary‑contact control is needed, a different busbar must be used.
For the end user – stability and durability
Rated current 63 A and operating voltage up to 400 V enable the busbar to handle typical loads in homes and small commercial premises.
Impulse voltage 4.5 kV provides resistance to short‑duration over‑voltages – e.g., lightning strikes or motor shutdowns.
Length 1000 mm is a standard size – fits most distribution boards without the need for cutting.
The busbar is non‑joinable and cannot be cut – it cannot be manually modified. This is not a drawback: it ensures electrical continuity and avoids the risk of poor connections from DIY cutting.
No additional covers or overlays are required – the insulation is an integral part of the construction. Everything works “like clockwork”: plug in the breaker, slide it onto the busbar, click – and you have a connection. No screws. No tools. No errors.
