Horizontal forked comb busbar L1N L2N L3N spacing 1 M 12 mm² 63 A 24 M KDN463BZ
Insulated fork-type busbar, 4 poles, 63 A, 24 modules
The KDN463BZ busbar is a mounting component designed for connecting modular devices in distribution boards — circuit breakers, contactors, AFDDs, or other devices with an N bus. It is engineered as a single, insulated busbar with a forked connection, eliminating the need for screw tightening and reducing the risk of poor contact. The gray colour and full insulation between contacts make it safe even in tight cabinets — there is no exposed metal that could cause a short circuit.
A 10 mm² conductor cross‑section matches the rated current of 63 A — sufficient for typical distribution board circuits, including those with motors or heaters. Four poles (L1N, L2N, L3N, N) allow connection of all phases and neutral on a single busbar — no separate N bus is required. Support for devices with auxiliary contacts means that equipment with additional control functions can also be mounted on it.
Length 425 mm corresponds to 24 modules — a standard size for most residential distribution boards and small installations. Impulse voltage rating 4 kV and maximum operating voltage 400 V AC provide resistance to transient over‑voltages — e.g., when large loads are switched off or during a lightning strike.
Installation is simple: mount on a DIN rail and connect the conductors. No additional components are needed — everything is integrated. Intended for 3P+N systems, there is no need to manage a separate neutral conductor — it is already an integral part of the construction.
Package contains 10 pieces — an appropriate quantity for an installer working on multiple sites.
