Protects circuits with motors and devices that have a high inrush current – the C characteristic allows delayed tripping during short‑duration surges, eliminating unnecessary trips when starting pumps, fans or compressors. Intended for installation in surface‑mounted distribution boards, it occupies 3 modules and has a mounting depth of 70 mm – perfectly fitting standard cabinets.

Terminals accept single‑ and multi‑conductor wires with cross‑sections from 1 to 70 mm² (solid) and 1 to 50 mm² (flexible), without the need for additional terminations. The clamps are standard‑compliant and have a tightening torque of 3.6 Nm – a torque‑limiting screwdriver is sufficient. Both the upper and lower sides feature aligned clamps, simplifying wire organization in the panel.

High resistance to overloads and short circuits – the making capacity Icu is 50 kA at both 230 V and 400 V. Insulation voltage Ui = 500 V and impulse voltage Uimp = 6 kV ensure safety even during transient over‑voltages.

IP20 protection rating and pollution degree 3 make it safe for typical indoor conditions – no additional enclosure is required in closed distribution boards. Operates over a wide temperature range: –25 °C to +70 °C, suitable for unheated rooms or outdoor installations under a cover.

Energy‑limiting class 3 reduces the amount of energy flowing through the installation during a fault, decreasing the risk of damage to cables and downstream components. The neutral conductor cannot be disconnected simultaneously – only the phase poles are protected.

Optional accessories (e.g., mechanical locks, terminal block covers) allow adaptation to specific mounting or safety requirements. All parameters comply with IEC 60947‑2 and IEC 60898‑1.
