The RCBO residual current breaker with overcurrent protection ADM410QC is a protective device that combines the functions of an overcurrent circuit breaker and a residual current device in a single unit. This provides multi-level protection against electric shock, overload, and short circuits.
Design and technical parameters of the device
The device is designed with a compact, modular construction with a width of 4 modules (71mm), allowing for easy mounting on a standard TH35 DIN rail. The IP20 protection class ensures safe installation inside electrical distribution boards.
Basic electrical parameters include a rated current of 10A at a rated voltage of 400V, allowing for effective protection of medium-power circuits. The rated residual current of 30mA with Type A sensitivity ensures high sensitivity in detecting earth leakage current, protecting against electric shock. A short-circuit breaking capacity of 6kA guarantees the safe interruption of even high short-circuit currents. The Type B tripping characteristic has been specifically selected for optimal protection of resistive-inductive circuits, where both resistive loads and motors are present.

Connection system and device mounting
The RCBO ADM410QC is equipped with an innovative connection system consisting of two technologies:
- Top QuickConnect connection - enables rapid installation of supply wires without the need for tools, significantly speeding up the installation process
- Bottom Biconnect connection - provides a secure connection for loads with the possibility of using single-core wires (1-25mm²) or multi-core wires (1-16mm²)
The terminal tightening torque is 2Nm, which guarantees optimal electrical contact while maintaining ease of installation. The possibility of 360° rotary mounting provides flexibility in distribution board planning.

The device complies with the requirements of the EN/IEC 61009-1 standard, ensuring full compliance with European safety standards. An I²t energy limiting class of 3 limits the short-circuit energy to a safe level, protecting the installation from damage.
