The housing with a width of 8 modules provides sufficient space for mounting circuit breakers, residual current devices and other protective devices. Transparent doors allow quick identification of the status of devices without having to open the distribution box – which is particularly useful during visual inspection. The IP40 protection class protects against touching dangerous live parts and against the ingress of solid objects larger than 1mm, which increases safety. Inside there is a DIN rail, facilitating the mounting of modular devices, and the presence of neutral and earth conductor terminals ensures proper connection of all installation elements.

Installation and compatibility

The IC2 distribution box is designed for flush mounting, which requires preparing an appropriate opening in the wall. Its dimensions (width 236 mm, height 206 mm, depth 91.4 mm) and installation depth of 72 mm allow it to be adapted to most standard flush-mount boxes.
