Construction and advantages of the HD-EPL film

The HD-EPL film is distinguished by a unique construction that guarantees reliable operation and high efficiency. Key elements include:

• Carbon-h HD: A carbon matrix with increased density ensures even heat distribution and increases the durability of the film.
• Multi-layer HD: A multi-layer arrangement of PET components increases durability and resistance to mechanical damage.
• Safe cut HD: A safe cutting system allows for precise adjustment of the film to the shape of the room every 12.5 cm.
• Silver ladder HD: Electrical connections made with silver paste in ladder technology ensure stable operation and minimize the risk of failure.
• Additional laminate layers: Increase the rigidity of the product, allowing it to be used under more demanding floor coverings.

Application and installation

The HD-EPL heating film is used in various underfloor heating systems:

• Under screed: Ideal for use in water or electric heating systems.
• Under floating floor: Perfectly compatible with SPC vinyl panels and laminate panels (min. thickness 6 mm). Requires the use of appropriate insulation mat (e.g. foam or styrodur).
• Wall and ceiling heating: Can be used in dry construction systems with gypsum boards.

The installation of the film is simple and intuitive, and thanks to the Safe Cut HD system, it can be easily adapted to any room. Remember to maintain appropriate distances between the strips of film and to protect against mechanical damage.
