Modern underfloor heating with HD heating film
The HD-G heating film with a power of 60 W/m² is an innovative heating solution, ideal for installation under various types of floors – laminate, vinyl, and even directly under tiles. This is not only thermal comfort but also energy saving thanks to the even distribution of heat in infrared, which heats not the air but directly objects and people in the room. Thanks to its small thickness (only 0.338 mm), the film minimally raises the floor level, which is especially important during renovations.
Construction and advantages of the HD-G film
The HD-G film is distinguished by a unique construction that guarantees reliability and long-term use. A key element is the "carbon-h HD" carbon matrix with increased carbon density – it provides higher heating efficiency and even heat distribution. In addition, the multi-layer "multi-layer HD" PET component system increases durability and resistance to mechanical damage. Electrical connections are made with silver paste in "silver ladder HD" technology, guaranteeing stable system operation. The whole is protected by high-class PET coatings affecting the product's durability and has an IPX7 water resistance class.
Installation and application – flexibility for professionals and users
The HD-G heating film is extremely easy to install thanks to the "safe cut HD" safe cutting system, which allows precise cutting of the film every 12.5 cm. The ability to cut every 12.5 cm makes it easier to adapt to unusual room shapes and minimizes material waste. The film can be used not only under floating floors (laminate panels, vinyl) but also for wall and ceiling mounting and under mirrors. This gives it a wide range of applications both in new buildings and during the modernization of existing installations. The system takes up only 6 to 11 mm under the floor, replacing the traditional underlayment.
