HD-G film construction and features

The secret of the HD-G film's efficiency lies in its advanced construction. The unique carbon-h HD heating matrix with a high carbon density translates to better heating performance compared to standard solutions. Additionally, the multi-layer multi-layer HD PET component structure increases durability and resistance to mechanical damage. The film is protected with high-class PET coatings, guaranteeing its longevity. Electrical connections made with silver paste in silver ladder HD technology ensure stable and safe system operation for years. It is worth mentioning the IPX7 water resistance class – the film is resistant to immersion in water, which increases safety.

Installation and safety

The HD-G heating film has been designed for simple and safe installation. The safe cut HD cutting system allows precise cutting of the film every 12.5 cm, with a minimum cutting strip width of only 1 cm – this translates to even heat distribution and minimizes the risk of damage to the heating matrix during installation. Remember that the film should occupy at least 70% of the floor area if it is to be the only source of heat in the room. It should not be placed under permanent structures directly adjacent to the subfloor.
