Modern underfloor heating for houses and apartments

Heat Decor HD-G heating foil is an advanced electric underfloor heating system that ensures even heat distribution in a room through infrared radiation, which acts directly on people, walls, and objects without raising dust.

The system replaces the standard underlay for floor panels, meaning it does not noticeably raise the floor level. This makes it ideal for modernizing existing rooms as well as new constructions.

Compatibility, construction, and technical parameters

HD-G heating foil is designed for installation directly under floating floors, especially laminate panels, but also SPC vinyl panels or engineered wood planks. The system is compatible with floor coverings intended for underfloor heating.

The heating foil with a power of 140 W/m² utilizes a modern heating matrix that ensures an even temperature distribution across the entire surface. The foil thickness is only 0.338 mm, and its design allows for cutting every 12.5 cm, which enables precise fitting to the shape of the room and facilitates safe installation.

The system is powered by 220-240V and features an IPX7 protection rating. The maximum floor surface temperature does not exceed 28°C, which is appropriate for floor coverings designed for underfloor heating.

The power cables are made with double insulation, significantly increasing the safety of the installation and the user. Improved BX-type connectors do not have traditional "teeth" on both sides, providing a stable connection through an increased contact surface between the connector and the heating foil.

Mounting kit and installation

The complete kit contains all the necessary elements for self-assembly of the heating system. In addition to the HD-G heating foil (4 m), it includes a BX connection set (2 pieces), LgY 2.5 mm² installation cable in blue and brown (4.5 m each), a universal Ø60 mm installation box with screws, and a Ø16 mm protective conduit (3 m).

Additionally, the kit includes reinforced self-adhesive tape (46 m roll) for bonding the underlay and the heating foil. The tape facilitates installation and guarantees stable holding of all system elements.

The instruction included in the kit enables self-installation. The system can be installed in stages—the modular design allows for installation in selected rooms and gradual expansion of the entire heating system.

Operational safety

The system is characterized by silent operation (0 dB) — no white noise or other sounds characteristic of traditional heating systems. Infrared radiation operates with efficient electrical energy consumption.

To maintain full operational safety, a residual current device (RCD) is required. The system has been tested and holds appropriate certificates confirming it is fully safe for user health.

The product is covered by a 10-year warranty from the manufacturer, Heat Decor.
