Heat Decor HD-G heating foil is an advanced underfloor heating system with a power output of 80 W/m², specifically designed for installation under floating floors. The product is primarily dedicated to laminate panels, but it is also suitable for SPC vinyl panels and engineered wood flooring.

The system utilizes infrared radiation technology, which ensures even temperature distribution across the entire surface without raising dust or creating noise. This results in a healthy indoor microclimate while ensuring efficient electrical energy consumption.

Advanced construction and durability

The heart of the system is the Carbon-h HD - a carbon heating matrix in a grid shape that ensures even heat distribution. The matrix is protected by Multi-layer HD - a multi-layer arrangement of the purest PET components, guaranteeing trouble-free operation for many decades.

The foil has a thickness of only 0.338 mm, providing both flexibility and durability. The Safe cut HD system allows for safe cutting every 12.5 cm with a cutting width of only 1 cm, which significantly facilitates fitting the system to the shape of the room.

Electrical connections are made using Silver ladder HD technology - silver paste in a ladder configuration. This solution not only guarantees stable system operation but also ensures completely silent operation (0 dB). The power cables feature double insulation for increased installation and user safety.

The set includes all the necessary elements for professional installation:

• Connection kits type BX with self-vulcanizing tape
• Electrical wires: black and blue
• Installation box Ø60 mm for thermostat mounting
• Protective conduit 3 meters long for the temperature sensor and wires
• Reinforced tape T.HD.Z for sealing the heating foil and vapor barrier
• Detailed instruction for step-by-step installation

The improved type BX connectors do not have traditional "teeth" on both sides, which ensures a more stable connection due to a larger contact surface with the heating foil.

Compliance and operational safety

The Heat Decor system holds all necessary safety certificates and approvals in accordance with Polish and European legal requirements. The foil has been tested by leading flooring manufacturers and has received their recommendation.

The system comes with a 10-year warranty, and the maximum heating temperature is approximately 32°C. The IPX7 protection rating ensures resistance to moisture and dust.

The system can be installed independently thanks to the clear instructions; however, the connection to the electrical installation must be performed by a person with valid SEP qualifications. The total height of the entire layered system is only 5.74 mm.
