DELTA PEX HEAT DUO 25+25x160 pre-insulated pipe is a comprehensive solution for building central heating installations and distributing domestic hot and cold water. The two-pipe construction, with pipes with a diameter of 25 mm and insulation with a thickness of 160 mm, ensures minimal heat loss and high energy efficiency. The product meets the requirements of PN-EN 15632-1 and 3 standards, guaranteeing reliability and safety of use.

Construction and application

The pipe consists of two PEX pipes surrounded by polyethylene (PE) foam, which provides effective thermal insulation. The whole is protected by a corrugated outer jacket made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), which protects against mechanical damage during installation and operation. The corrugated surface facilitates pipe routing in difficult conditions and also compensates for thermal expansion. This makes the installation more flexible and resistant to stress.
