DELTA PEX HEAT DUO pre-insulated pipes are ready-to-install pipe systems for central heating and domestic hot water. The twin-pipe design (32+32 mm) combined with high-quality PE foam insulation ensures minimal heat loss and user comfort. The corrugated outer jacket made of HDPE protects the pipe from mechanical damage and weather conditions. This makes the installation durable, energy-efficient and easy to install.

Construction and properties

The pipe consists of two conduit pipes with a diameter of 32 mm, made of cross-linked polyethylene (PEX) or high-density polyethylene (PE100). The space between them is filled with polyethylene foam (PE), which provides effective thermal insulation. The whole is surrounded by a corrugated jacket made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), resistant to UV radiation and mechanical damage. This construction not only provides protection against heat loss, but also flexibility, making it easier to run the installation even in difficult conditions. In addition, the pipe has a marker identifying the type and manufacturer, which facilitates control and servicing of the installation.
