Solar installation pipes – reliability and durability

SOLAR PRO pipes are flexible conduits designed for the construction of efficient and long-lasting solar installations. Made of high-quality AISI316L stainless steel (acid-resistant), they provide corrosion resistance and guarantee the long life of the system. Their construction has been refined to meet the requirements of even the most complex installations.

These pipes stand out with a wide range of operating temperatures, from -40°C to 150°C (maximum 175°C), making them an ideal solution for both heating and cooling systems. Additionally, rubber insulation protects against heat loss, minimizing energy losses and increasing system efficiency. The PRO version has an additional protective coating that increases resistance to moisture and facilitates installation.

Construction and special features

SOLAR PRO pipes are equipped with a double temperature sensor conduit, located outside the rubber insulation. This enables precise monitoring of the heating medium temperature and optimization of the entire system. Additionally, the pipes are characterized by high resistance to mold and the action of fats, ensuring hygiene and safety of use. Thanks to their flexibility, the pipes can be easily adapted to the specifics of each project, without the risk of damage.

Available in coils of 15 meters (also in other lengths), SOLAR PRO pipes are ready for immediate installation. Their diameter of 16 mm and 1/2 inch connections ensure compatibility with most standard solar installation elements. It is important to choose the appropriate pipe diameter for the size of the solar installation – the larger the installation, the higher the flow rate of the heating medium and potentially the larger diameter of the pipes needed for efficient system operation.
