Air distribution system for heat recovery

The ARIA ADURO insulated duct is an element of the HEATPEX air distribution system, designed for efficient air transfer in ventilation installations. Made of lightweight and durable expanded polystyrene (EPS) with graphite additive, it provides not only low weight and easy installation but also biological resistance to fungi, mold and bacteria. It is an ideal solution for both professional installers and end-users looking for a reliable and durable ventilation system.

Construction and properties

The duct with a diameter of 125 mm and a length of 1 meter is characterized by high thermal insulation (λ=0.029 W/mK), which minimizes heat loss and prevents condensation. The smooth inner surface of the duct reduces air flow resistance, ensuring quiet system operation. The monolithic construction (monoduct) increases tightness and minimizes the risk of damage during transport and installation. The ARIA ADURO system meets the highest tightness standards – ATC1 according to PN-EN 17192, confirmed by laboratory tests.

Installation and compatibility

Installation of the duct is extremely simple thanks to markings placed every 5 cm, facilitating precise cutting to the required length. The wall thickness of 17 mm allows for easy cutting even with a knife. The duct is fully compatible with the Heatpex ARIA system and standard ventilation fittings, and its dimensions comply with PN-EN 1506:2007. Thanks to the OneClick® technology, connections are quick, simple and tight – they do not require additional sealing operations. The lightweight of the duct (0.26 kg) significantly speeds up the installation process, and the proprietary mounting brackets allow for easy and stable mounting to the wall or ceiling.
