Flexible ventilation duct for HRV – comfort and hygiene

Heatpex Aria flexible duct with a diameter of 90 mm is an ideal solution for mechanical ventilation systems with heat recovery (HRV). Made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), it is characterized by high flexibility, which facilitates the routing of ventilation ducts and adapting their course to the specifics of the installation. Available in 50-meter lengths, sold only in full coils.

Antibacterial protection and quiet operation

The inner layer of the duct is enriched with Ultrafresh®, which provides effective protection against the development of bacteria and fungi – effectiveness confirmed by tests reaching up to 99.99%. This is crucial for maintaining hygiene in the ventilation system and ensuring healthy air in the rooms. The double-sealed construction of the Heatpex Aria duct effectively dampens the noise generated by the flowing air, which translates into user comfort. Additionally, the smooth inner surface minimizes air flow resistance and reduces the deposition of contaminants, making it easier to keep the ducts clean.

Tightness and durability for efficient HRV

The Heatpex Aria system is distinguished by the highest ATC 1 tightness class (according to PN-EN 17192 standard), which translates into lower energy losses and more efficient operation of the HRV system. The duct is also resistant to mechanical damage – it withstands a load of up to 500N, which guarantees its durability and reliability. Flexibility allows for installation without the need for additional fittings and connectors, simplifying the installation process and reducing costs.
