This twisted-pair cable from Helukabel, with a cross-section of 0.5 mm², is specifically designed for reliable data transmission in CAN (Control Area Network) networks. Construction and application
The cable has a twisted construction with copper conductors, insulated with polyethylene foam. It is made of high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which provides resistance to mechanical damage and external factors. The violet outer coating makes it easy to identify in the installation. This cable is used wherever reliable data transmission is required in control and industrial automation systems. Thanks to its properties, it works perfectly in applications requiring high accuracy and resistance to interference.

The cable meets CAN Bus standards according to ISO 11898-2 and the non-flammability standard EN 50265-2-1, which guarantees safety. The permissible operating temperature range during installation is from -20°C to +70°C, and after installation (without vibration) from -20°C to +70°C. The conductor resistance does not exceed 36.4 Ohm/km, ensuring efficient signal transmission. The impedance is approximately 120 Ohm ± 10%. The mutual capacitance is a maximum of 40 nF/km. The cable passed a voltage test at 1.5 kV.
