Highly durable power cable for demanding applications. The TOPFLEX-611-C-PUR 4G16 cable is an advanced power supply solution designed for operation in harsh industrial conditions. It is characterized by high flexibility, resistance to external factors, and safe use thanks to the use of halogen-free materials. It is ideal for applications requiring frequent bending and twisting, such as powering machines and equipment in cable chains.

Construction and properties

The cable is made of high-quality materials, guaranteeing its reliability and long service life. The core consists of a multi-wire, very flexible copper conductor (class 6), surrounded by PP insulation. Four working cores, marked with numbers, are twisted together and wrapped with a fleece for better flexibility. The whole is protected by a copper braid screen, minimizing electromagnetic interference. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) provides resistance to abrasion, oils, chemicals and UV radiation. The cable is metered and has a gray (RAL 7001) outer coating.

The use of halogen-free materials in the insulation and coating significantly increases safety in the event of a fire – it limits the emission of toxic gases, which is particularly important in enclosed spaces. Additionally, the cable is resistant to hydrolysis and microorganisms.
