Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction: a multi-strand copper core (class 6) provides excellent flexibility and resistance to bending. Insulation made of thermoplastic polymer, and an outer polyurethane (PUR) coating guarantee high resistance to abrasion, oils, UV radiation and chemicals. Thanks to this, the cable retains its properties even in difficult working conditions. Additionally, it is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire.

The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-31 / DIN EN 50525-2-31 and UL style 10553, which confirms its high quality and compliance with European safety standards. The rated voltage is 1000V, and the core cross-section is 6 mm². Flexible operation is possible in the temperature range from -30°C to +80°C, while stationary operation is from -40°C to +80°C. The minimum bending radius is 5x the core diameter during dynamic operation and 3x the core diameter during static operation.
