Construction and properties

The SHIPFLEX 512 cable stands out with its solid construction. Made of copper stranded wires class 6 (according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360, IEC 60228) it provides high flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. The wires are insulated with a special material and numbered for easy identification. Additionally, a screen made of tinned copper wires (with an optional aluminum foil) minimizes electromagnetic interference, ensuring stable signal transmission. The whole is surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) coating, resistant to abrasion, oils and UV radiation. Thanks to this, the cable retains its properties even in extreme working conditions.
