This shielded chain cable HELUKABEL SHIPFLEX 512 7G2,5/AWG14 is a solution designed for demanding industrial applications, especially in marine environments. Construction and properties

The cable features a solid construction. Copper strands, stranded wires class 6 (according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228) provide good flexibility and mechanical strength. The strands are insulated with a special material, and their black color with white numbering makes identification easier. The yellow-green protective strand (available with 3 strands or more) is placed on the outside for increased safety. Shielding with tinned copper wires (approx. 85% coverage) effectively minimizes electromagnetic interference. The whole is surrounded by a durable polyurethane coating in gray (RAL 7001), resistant to abrasion, oils and UV radiation.
