This specialized cable, with a cross-section of 16 mm², is designed for efficient and safe power supply to motors connected to frequency inverters. The cable construction minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is crucial in modern industrial and commercial installations. Construction and properties for professionals
The TF-EMV-UV-2YSLCYK-J cable features an advanced construction that meets the stringent UL/CSA standards. It uses stranded copper conductors (class 5) insulated with polypropylene (PE). These conductors are twisted concentrically and then surrounded by two layers of shielding – an aluminum foil and a braid of tinned copper wires (approximately 85% coverage). The whole is protected by a durable outer PVC coating, resistant to UV radiation and weathering. The outer diameter of the cable is 22.9 mm.
It is worth noting the wide operating temperature range: from -40°C to +80°C in stationary mode and from -5°C to +80°C during flexible installation. The minimum bending radius is 5x the cable diameter for stationary installations and 10x the diameter for flexible installations. The cable is metered, making it easy to precisely adjust the length to the needs of a specific application.
