This shielded HELUKABEL MULTIFLEX 512-C-PUR UL/CSA chain guide cable is designed to operate in extreme conditions, offering reliability and durability in industrial applications. The cable is ideal where resistance to bending, abrasion, oils and radiation is required. The use of special materials ensures a long service life and minimizes the risk of failure in demanding environments.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by an advanced construction that combines flexibility and strength. Made of stranded copper conductors, with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², insulated with special PP, it provides efficient current conduction. The conductors are twisted in parallel with an optimal twist pitch and protected with a special protective braid. A braided copper screen (approx. 85% coverage) minimizes electromagnetic interference, which is crucial in modern automation systems. The whole is surrounded by a halogen-free outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR), providing resistance to abrasion, oils and UV radiation. Thanks to this, the cable meets the stringent UL/CSA standards and is safe to use.

This cable finds wide application in machines and equipment exposed to intense movements and bending, such as industrial robots, CNC machining centers or conveyors. It is particularly recommended for transmitting pulses in environments with a high level of electromagnetic interference.
