This shielded HELUKABEL MULTIFLEX 512-C-PUR UL/CSA chain guide cable is an advanced solution for installations in machines and equipment exposed to intense bending and external factors. Designed for reliability and durability, it meets UL/CSA standards and is characterized by high resistance to environmental conditions. Ideal for use in robotics, CNC machine tools and other moving machine elements.

Construction and properties

The cable is distinguished by carefully selected materials and construction, ensuring a long service life even in extreme conditions. The multi-strand copper conductors with a cross-section of 1 mm² are insulated with special PP, which ensures flexibility and abrasion resistance. 36 cores are arranged with an optimal twist pitch, and the whole is protected by a protective braid and a screen made of copper wires (coverage approx. 85%). The whole is surrounded by a durable, halogen-free outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR), resistant to oils, chemicals and UV radiation. Thanks to this, the cable retains its properties even in difficult industrial conditions.
