Construction and properties

Multi-wire, flexible copper conductors (class 6) are insulated with special PP, providing good abrasion and damage resistance. The cores are twisted in parallel with an optimal twist pitch for better flexibility. In addition, the cable has a protective braid and a braided copper screen (approx. 85% coverage) that effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference. The whole is surrounded by a halogen-free outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR), providing resistance to oils, chemicals and UV radiation. It is worth noting the wide operating temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and -30°C to +80°C (dynamic).
