Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by an advanced construction that combines flexibility, mechanical and chemical resistance. Multi-wire copper conductors of class 6 provide good conductivity and easy installation. PP insulation and an outer polyurethane (PUR) coating guarantee high resistance to abrasion, oils and solvents. Additionally, the use of a copper braid screen protects against electromagnetic interference, which is crucial in modern control systems. The cable is halogen-free, increasing safety in the event of a fire.

The cable has 7 cores with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², which allows for the transmission of an appropriate amount of control signals. The rated voltage is 600 V, and the outer diameter is approximately 14.5 mm. Core identification is done using numbers for easy assembly and servicing. Thanks to the use of high-quality insulating materials, the coupling resistance does not exceed 250 Ohm/km and the minimum insulation resistance is 100 MOhm x km. The cable meets the requirements of UL Style 20939 and IEC 60332-1-2 (fire resistance).
