This specialized m.FLEX 512-C-PUR cable is a solution for installations in harsh industrial environments where high flexibility, resistance to external factors and reliability are required. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction ensuring long-term operation. Copper strands, made in class 6 (very flexible stranded wire), guarantee high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. The core insulation made of special PP provides good electrical insulation, and the braided copper screen protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC). The whole is surrounded by a durable, halogen-free outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR), resistant to abrasion, oils, chemicals and UV radiation. This ensures that the cable retains its properties even in extreme working conditions.

In addition, the use of a protective braid after each layer of twisted cores and a special protective foil increases the mechanical resistance of the cable and protects it from damage. The low friction resistance of the TPE insulated cores translates into a longer cable life in chain systems. The cable is metered for easy installation and adaptation to specific needs.
