Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction compliant with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/ DIN EN 50525-2-51 and DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11/ DIN EN 50525-3-11 standards. It has 18 copper, stranded wires (class 5), which provides high flexibility and facilitates installation even in tight spaces. The wires are insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture, and their black color with white numbers makes identification easier. The whole is surrounded by a gray (RAL 7001) outer coating made of TM7 mixture, also halogen-free. This makes the cable meet the stringent requirements for fire protection.

It is worth noting the wide range of operating temperatures – from -40°C to +70°C (stationary) and from -15°C to +70°C (flexible). The minimum bending radius is 4x cable diameter for fixed laying and 12.5x cable diameter during mobile operation. The cable is resistant to radiation up to 100 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 100 Mrad).
